Sports photography can't be reduced to simple action shots. Sports are chaotic, emotional, fast, steady, and sometimes even comical. Trying to combine all of those in a story can be hard, but all those aspects complement one another to create the compelling images an audience sees.
As an athlete, I feel very particular about the way I choose to approach my work as a sports photographer. Ultimately, when sharing my point of view, I want to make the viewer feel immersed in this ambient, transmiting the feelings and energy present in that moment to them.
By using a similar aesthetic among all disciplines, my intention is to highlight the differences in subject, atmosphere, and movement among different sports, and at the same time combine all them to share a single story.
